The beef tongue, treated without water, and the internal organs are rich in flavor, especially the beef tongue, which is incredibly delicious with its perfect sear and exquisite cooking. I held back on the earlier dishes to fully enjoy the Chateaubriand at its best, and it paired perfectly with the rice. For those who can't eat much, I recommend pacing yourself during the earlier courses to truly savor the main dish. The dessert, fruit tiramisu, combines fluffy tiramisu cream with seasonal fruits, making it a unique and sublime dessert that you can only enjoy here.
