More Sugalabo, because oh my god.
It’s entirely fair to say I have a jaded palate. It takes a lot to make me continuously, throughout a meal, exclaim “wow”, with a sense of wonder and excitement. Last night at @yosuke_suga’s Sugalabo, I had one of the great meals of my life. This is just a small sampling of what I enjoyed. Also, I have now cried twice because of fruit, both times in Japan. The first was a melon at Kojyu, and now the strawberry at Sugalabo. Just unreal. So happy I had the chance to go.
