Absolutely knockout good dinner at @paihonolulu tonight. I didn’t know what to expect, and was blown away by the flavor combinations, technique, and balance. From Cantonese , to Japanese, to North African, each dish was a marvel of taste, and executed perfectly. Thoughtful and fun wine pairings accompanied, without any big names or flashy regions — just great matches. The Chef’s Table menu is a must-do in Honolulu.
