Who could have guessed that some of the best sushi I’d ever had was in Bangkok. Masato-san is doing absolutely amazing work here. I felt transported to a high-end Ginza sushiya the moment I walked in. Not pictured - the nigiri course, since I eat it the moment it’s put down (and so should you). Big thanks to @lestomach for the tip off, and to the reservation gods for getting me a last minute cancellation spot, when the couple next to me had waited a year to get in.
