The friendly, attentive staff. The delicious food, both familiar and also cleverly reimagined. The abundant hospitality. The infectious joy of the staff. “Fuck Perfect” as the saying goes. We don’t expect perfection of ourselves or our friends and family. So why would we demand it from any restaurant staffed by humans? We shouldn’t ✋
