My first visit to this vegan fine-dining restaurant. The meat-free courses were very well executed. Several of the dishes made me crave another bite after finishing it. What a pleasant surprise! 😃
I’d definitely recommend a visit here for those seeking elegant plant-based cuisine 🌱
1) KALE CHIPS – cashews, red pepper, jalapeño
2) GARDEN PEA RAVIOLI – kelp roe, parmesan foam, black garlic sauce
3) BREAD SERVICE – yucca (shredded and fried) seasoned with paprika, sea salt, and black pepper. Served with vegan butter (whipped avocado oil, lemon confit, orange zest)
4) CREAM OF PARSLEY SOUP – wild lobster mushroom mousse, marjoram, orange glazed endive
5) “SHRIMPISH” CREOLE – jackfruit Italian-fennel sausage, polenta espuma, pickled eggplant, coconut crackling
6) LIME-CELERY SORBET – pink peppercorn
7) SOUS VIDE LEHIGH POTATO CONFIT – charred Holland leek, roasted celeriac purée, burnt ramp sauce, dill cured turnip
8) TONKA BEAN TIRAMISU – coconut mascarpone, cold brewed espresso, rum leaf maple pearls, bergamot chamomile gelato
