Honey Badger is a terroir-driven, under-the-radar tasting menu located in Brooklyn, NY. I was surprised to learn the establishment has been around for many years, actually. It is run by a small team of three and terms itself as a wild-to-table restaurant, utilizing mainly foraged and hunted products. The food is not only delicious but is often comprised of ingredients not seen in more typical tasting menus. Their cuisine is tied much closer to the water and land of the region than any other NYC restaurant I’ve tried to date. I can’t wait to come back to experience a new season and menu! 😃
