Fabulous dinner @restaurantkadeau on the Danish island of Bornholm 🇩🇰

1) Opening Snack – sorrel leaf, elderberry jam, plum, tomato, white currant, raspberry, and courgette 😃

A medley of delicious fruits and vegetables from the Kadeau garden to highlight the bounty of the growing season. The fruits were served raw, and the vegetables were either blanched or lightly grilled. A great starter! 🤤😋
