Some highlights from a very promising new high-end Yakitori-ya, @yakitori_shinohara. Too many great bites to share all of them. Strong start with a few chicken sashimi dishes and small bites, then onto the grill. Everything comes “finished”, no typical pepper, salt, etc. at your seat. They’re using a very high grade chicken here, apparently quite exclusive. The meal ends with a delicious chicken rice, and a superb ramen. Next time I’m asking for a bigger ramen bowl :)
