つかんと Tokyo

This product design, I like it even more. It is not deep fried pork but deep fried pig’s tongue 🐷👅 (!!!), so it is not TON-katsu but TAN-katsu (TAN means tongue in Japanese). _
It is not as common for Japanese to have pig’s tongue compared to beef tongue so it is a bold attempt to do a sandwich out of it, especially it is served in such thick cut and medium rare. They served it was a sauce of sesame and arugula. Again, super compact with almost no gap.

The part I adore the most - the packaging. Finally someone decided not to use a square or rectangular box but something with more curves. Look so much better for me, and very Japanese in feel.
