Time to utilize the separate stomach for desserts ? Luckily only 3 types so naturally it was all desserts on the menu ?.

"Basbousa" (Pic 1-2) was a warm semolina cake served with ice cream. OMG this was my absolutely favorite! Love the warm little semolina grain texture (a bit like poppy seeds but better) and the crust surface and served with cold ice cream in the shape similar to Etxebarri’s (or in Basque countries). _
