One more way to enjoy ganjang gejang (Korean soy sauce marinated raw crab) is to eat the rice mixed with crab roe, tomalley and marinade with Korean roasted seaweed. The sesame oil flavor was a nice touch to the crab roe rice! But we got a lot of crabs so we also put some raw crab meat on rice with seaweed like a temaki (and served in WagyuMafia style ðĪĢ Thanks hand model @josh_twinskitchen ). It was so good ððð.

My only complaint about gejang is that it is not filling with the crab meat, and unless you eat a lot of rice you will not get filled up ððð. I can eat so many of these crabs I think I need to find a place that have AYCE ðĪŠ
