One of the great fugu places In Shimonoseki, which is famous for the fugu. Very traditional, the Taisho a man with a big heart and great skills. The fugu excellent.
However, I am somewhat getting bored through this mono thematic meals. As good as it easy, my palates get tired of eating the same in different variation.
Nevertheless I must try when in the region.
