We ordered Dosa which is also a typical food in southern India and Sri Lanka. It is made with fermented batter of rice and black gram flour. Compared to the one with at Hoppers this was a softer type not straight crispy. I love it too 😭 I am sucker for these types of flatbread / roti, I want to study more!
