One of my favourites. Simple, delectable but often found with the most unexpected of flavour and ingredient combinations. I still can't forget the snails from the previous visit and despite a lot of cream based sauces, nothing is overtly heavy nor filling. Boom

One of my favourite meals of this year so far, with some truly brilliant dishes. The frogs legs and duck were perfection and I could eat it every single day. I even dream about those frogs legs every once in a while... in the dream they keep jumping into my mouth.. all of this while sitting in a cabin and just slowly soak in the magical surroundings.
