A casual lunch at Shiso Burger in Berlin. We were very intrigued when we saw it on a recent Conde Naste article (September 20, 2016) on "Where in the World to Eat"; it's the only restaurant in all of Germany represented on the list. The food is prepared freshly in an open kitchen and the bread is produced in-house. We ordered a bulgogi cheeseburger (marinated beef, lettuce, red onion, chili-mayo, Korean chili base, teriyaki sauce), along with a side of sweet potato fries and edamame beans. Really... More
