Master Nishigaki-san previously worked as an Italian chef before getting into the ramen business. He now runs Trick, one of the highest ranked shops in Kanagawa prefecture. Special ‘shingen’ chickens from Yamanashi prefecture go into the soup, and multiple varieties of soy sauce in the shoyu tare. Low-temperature-cooked pork chashu, along with a chicken meatball among the decadent toppings. The shio ramen is also popular, as are the shop's limited menu offerings. An extremely legit shop.
