Recommended bowl: Chicken & shoyu

Soup is made from chicken carcasses and wings, minced chicken breast, vegetables and kombu. Noodles are supplied by Mikawaya Seimen, containing wheat from Hokkaido. The shoyu tare has shoyu varieties sourced from Kagawa, Hiroshima and Ishikawa Prefectures. The salt is from Okinawa. Eggs are from Chiba. The tokusei comes topped with both chicken and pork chashu, ajitamago and wontons. Run by master Takano-san along side his wife. Tsukemen with kombu also popular. He previously trained at another famous ramen shop in Kanagawa Prefecture. Open since 2018.
