The number one recommendation is shio ramen, with the number two recommendation being shio wakame ramen (topped with a layer of wakame seaweed). When available, local uni (sea urchin) can be added as a topping. The soup is clear and light chicken broth. Family owned shop, now third generation run. Open since 1951.
