Recommended bowl: Tonkotsu gyokai punch
Master Watai-san trained at the shop Yoroiya in Asakusa before opening up here in 2008. His menu consists of a rich tonkotsu gyokai ramen and tsukemen, made using pork bones and dried fish. The noodles are house-made in a noodle room inside the shop, using wheat from Nagano prefecture. For tonkotsu gyokai lovers, one well worth checking out.
