Recommended bowl: Lion miso

Not famous but always busy with local customers, Raion (do they mean Lion?) is a solid spot and has been open for years, serving various types of above-average ramen. The negi is cut long and the bowls are served with extra black pepper, to go along with the homemade noodles. This is blue-collar ramen. Most customers go with the miso or the shoyu. At one point they had another branch somewhere but this Fuchu outpost is the flagship. Open every day.
