Recommended bowl: Niigata style
The second shop in the Watanabe ramen group, owned by master Watanabe-san. The theme here is Tsubame-Sanjo style inspired ramen from Niigata prefecture. Pork and niboshi soup is topped with a shower of pork back fat. Medium thick wavy noodles are supplied by the Watanabe central kitchen. Topped with diced onions and the usual toppings. For those that want something more standard, a straightforward shoyu ramen is also on the menu. Originally this shop opened in 2010, with a menu rebranding in 2011.
