Recommended bowl: Ramen & pudding

Run by master Junko Terajima and her husband, this cozy shop serves unique bowls of ramen as well as homemade pudding for dessert. Most of the bowls of ramen come with a chicken based soup, including the house-recommended 'Shiro Ramen,’ which consists of a white soup made from one part chicken, pork and vegetable soup to one part soy milk. Noodles are supplied by Haneda Seimen, based in Fukushima prefecture. Also in the bowl you'll find olive oil, sesame seeds and toppings such as chicken chashu, bell peppers, lettuce, onions and sweet potato. Before opening this establishment, the couple ran another ramen shop in Kasai, Menya Momo (now closed), which they operated for fourteen years. Hiyoko's Pudding open since August 2018.
