Recommended bowl: Quality niboshi
This highly ranked shop was opened by master Ooshiro-san, who previously worked at a top shop in Chiba. He uses four different types of niboshi in the soup here, and adds niboshi oil on top. No pork or chicken is used in the soup. Ramen, tsukemen, and extra orders of aedama noodles are available. Haru is the name of master Ooshiro-san’s daughter. This shop belongs to the Niboshi Kyouka Association, a group of ramen shops that specialize in niboshi.
