Recommended bowl: Homemade vibes

Simple high quality bowls of homemade ramen in a relaxed neighborhood shop. The soup is a chicken, pork and niboshi chintan base, with shoyu tare and chicken oil. Noodles are house-made using a blend of flours from wheat straights grown in Hokkaido and Saitama. No MSG. The master trained at the shop Makotoya in Hachimanyama and lives in the Aioi area of Itabashi ward, hence the name of the shop. Take-out for both ramen and cha-han available. Open since 2016.
