Recommended bowl: Pork & fish
This shop is run by three ramen masters from Osaka who all trained at the ramen group Sabaroku Seimenjo. The soup is a rich tonkotsu gyokai, with homemade noodles containing whole wheat. Aside from the pork bone based soup, the gyokai portion uses sababushi, ago niboshi, and other types of dried fish. Open since May 2019.
