Recommended bowl: Tamana Legend
This local legend serves the regional Tamana style of ramen, consisting of 100% pork bone soup, using back bones and leg bone joints. 140 kg of bones go into the soup every day which is then simmered for long hours. The noodles are housemade. Topped with pork belly chashu, green onions, nori, and roasted garlic powder. Open since 1963.
