Recommended bowl: Premium chicken

This highly ranked establishment is run by master Fukuhara-san, who trained at the famous Tokyo shop Menya Ittō for three years. The standard bowls here come with a soup made using Yamato Nikudori brand chickens from Nara prefecture. No MSG. Noodles are housemade containing 100% Hokkaido wheat. Succulent chicken chashu topping. Sometimes on holidays a different menu is offered, with treats like rich tsukemen or niboshi ramen. Open since 2017.
