Recommended bowl: Osaka black

Kinguemon is among the most famous shops in Osaka, known as the home of a bowl called 'Osaka Black.' The soup is exactly that— a deep, dark, clear soup, made with a special shoyu tare. Negi, chashu, menma, medium-thick straight noodles. Good punch to the soup but perfectly balanced with the other elements in the bowl. They now have a few branches around the Kansai area.
