Recommended bowl: Frothy paitan

Run by company president ‘Fuku-chan,’ Wadachi offers creamy tori paitan ramen using a soup with chicken and fish, hand blended in each bowl to order.The noodles are housemade, and bowls are topped with toppings such as pork chashu, mizuna, onions, marinated eggs and yuzu espuma foam. Multiple branches in Osaka (four as of late 2019), with the Hommachi flagship open since 2014.
