Recommended bowl: OG Wakayama roots
The master here is the daughter of the original master at Marutaka in Wakayama, where she trained and which is the original Wakayama style ramen shop (open since 1940). The bowls here are 100% authentic Wakayama style ramen, with a soup made from pork back bones and shoyu tare. Other items on the menu include Wakayama style saba bōzushi and oden. Now with three branches in Kobe, Ninomiya flagship open since 2000.
