A shirunashi tantanmen specialty shop offering bowls of soup with house-made spice chili oil that contains 20 different spices. The spiced ground meat topping is local Kobe pork. Onions are sourced from Awajishima island. Cashew nuts are from India. Different options for spice level and vinegar. Noodles house-made at an offsite location. The recommended 'Ontama Set' comes with an onsen tamago and bowl of rice to add at the end. Open since 2014.
