Recommended bowl: Ramen & sushi
Part of the Mentetsu group, which operates a handful of ramen shops around Osaka. Company president and master Shoji-san was inspired to make ramen after eating at Shinasobaya in Totsuka, Yokohama. His parents are also in the restaurant business, and he incorporates fresh fish into the menu using methods he learned from them. For example, nigiri sushi is often served as a side menu to the tsukemen. The recommended shoyu dipping soup is tonkotsu-gyokai based; noodles made in-house. Only open at night, 7pm-1am. Located right next to Osaka (Itami) International Airport. Mentetsu first opened in 2003, Men Yarō since 2007.
