Chūka Soba contains soup made from chicken, pork and various seafood ingredients. Niboshi Ramen uses dried sardines sourced from Chiba and Nagasaki, along with kombu from Hokkaido. Noodles are produced in Shizuoka by Dainichi Shokuhin. No msg or artificial additives. Toppings feature pork belly chashu, ajitama, menma and negi. Shoyu ramen, tomato ramen and niboshi tsukemen also available.

Master Chishiki-san was born in Kagoshima but grew up in Kanagawa. He loves motorcycles and worked part time jobs from the time he was in high school. He eventually found comfort at Touson, a local restaurant in Fujieda known for miso ramen. He trained there for nine years before opening his own shop at the age of 27. 11 seats. Open 9am-2pm.
