A family-run shop, open since 1947 and unchanged for decades. The customers are mostly locals, who have probably been coming for years. Only open for lunch and there’s a line almost every day. Light shoyu soup, served with handmade wontons. The menma is on the sweet side; the noodles are thin and straight. Most opt for the chashu wontonmen. Authentic Japanese vibes.
