Recommended bowl: 'Death niboshi'

Rich Aomori style niboshi ramen, soup made with pork and five kinds of niboshi. Noodles are supplied by two different purveyors, Kafuku Seimenjo and Asahiya Seimenjo. Currently this is one of the higher ranked ramen shops in central Aomori. Open since 2010.
