Shoyu Chūka Soba is served in a broth using pork as well as two types of chicken sourced from Aizu, Fukushima Prefecture and Hakata, Fukuoka Prefecture. Noodles are house-made containing three kinds of wheat from Hokkaido. Chicken eggs are sourced from Aizu, Fukushima. There is also a niboshi shio soup, tantanmen and other specials. Run by master Yoshihito Satomura-san, who trained at the Sapporo shop Noodle Lab Q. Only open for lunch, 11:30am-3pm. Since 2019.
