Disappointing meal for 3 Michelin Stars. Starting with a Bloody Mary type was bold, then dishes that followed fell flat. Service was distracting with many staff constantly changing and moving around, with many clumsy and missing attention to details. The worst was the Somm who opened bottle poorly, didn’t pay much attention, and over chilled our 300 plus euro bottle of wine. Final dish was inedible and staff did not notice or ask why I did not finish.
