This is a place for die hard tonkatsu enthusiasts. Focusing in the special cross breed pork, TOKYO-X. Comprised of a cross of Berkshire, Duroc and Beijing Black breeds... which has been bred for 5 generations. A lot of effort required to eat here, including going to the outskirts of Osaka early, signing up at 730am and killing 3.5 hours of time. Tasty yes, but I don't think I will do that again
