One of my favourite Chinese restaurants in Tokyo amongst a sea of mediocrity. Solid, bold flavours that contrasts against the chef's calm demeanour, and whilst this sits on the more modest Japanese-style Chinese cuisine, there are few other places that reach this level in Tokyo. Awesome wok hei for the dishes that matter.
