One of the slightly more old school Chinese restaurants in Akasaka. The stewed フカヒレ in soy sauce is rather tasty and the 担々麺 carries just enough spiciness for my liking. Lunch course is a good deal and some decent wines on the list make this one of the higher costpa places in Tokyo
