Teru Sushi 照寿司

I finally succumbed to curiosity and took the leap of faith. The 'sushi theater' is engaging to say the least. Lots of high quality ingredients and more otsumami than I could keep count. Powerful akazu shari with good acidity, which was the only way I ever finished the meal. Call me boring, but I still prefer the more focused approach with fewer distractions.. I am sure that there are those who enjoy the theater. Somewhat comparable to Hatsunezushi imo.
