Taqueria Honorio is where all the locals go for breakfast tacos/tortas in Downtown Tulum. Their specialty is slow-roasted cochinita pibil seasoned with sour oranges and achiote. They prepare the meat in a pit overnight for 12 hours in a location ~7km outside of Tulum.
