Lunch in the middle of nowhere in the mountains of Shiga. We found a local spot called Tochiuumetake (栃生梅竹) that is famous for specializing in sabazushi (pressed mackerel sushi). We ordered one raw and one cooked along with a plate of futomaki. ?
