Chili crab. ? The mantou (buns) was perfectly crisp on the outside and moist on the inside - perfect for dipping in the chili sauce. So happy and satisfied!

? Time for black pepper and chili crab! Long Beach King is the inventor of the original black pepper crab since 1946, so a visit was a must. It took about 45 minutes to freshly prepare after we ordered. Both crabs were damn succulent and tasty. And the mantou (buns) was perfectly crisp on the outside and moist on the inside - perfect for dipping in the chili sauce. So happy and satisfied!
