Fantastic lunch at 1* Maní (#51, 2016 World's Best Restaurant) in São Paulo! Chefs Helena Rizzo and Daniel Redondo named the restaurant after a native Indian goddess of manioc, Brazil’s most beloved root vegetable. The menu is a fusion of influences across Brazil, Spain, and Italy; both chefs previously worked at El Celler de Can Roca.
