Saved the best restaurant, DILL Restaurant Reykjavik, in Iceland for last! It was a 3 hour journey showcasing the creations of creation of Gunnar Karl Gíslason and Ólafur Örn Ólafsson, pioneers of the New Nordic Kitchen in Iceland. The tasting menu changes daily based on what is sourced locally.
