The perfect breakfast at one of the best local birria taco stands called Tacos Robles. This place was started in the early 70's by Grandma, who still works behind the counter cutting the meat, and her husband. The family owns three ranches so all the meat served is grass fed from their own ranches. If you arrive past lunch, they always sell out. We got an order of birria tacos, including one that is el dorado (fried and dipped in broth). Mornings don't get better than this!
