Kaiseki Yuzu is one of the few spots in America where you can get a decent kaiseki meal. Chef Kaoru Azeuchi has 16 years of experience as a kaiseki chef in Japan and trained as a French haute cuisine chef for 3 years. He also had the honor of serving Japan's emperor Akihito during their visit to Kagawa prefecture. In 2014, he moved to Vegas in hopes of opening his own restaurant. This place is a true gem. All the courses were meticulously prepared and presented beautifully.
