We heard great things about Pjoltergeist, a restaurant often recommended by other Chefs and local foodie @andershusa. It's a very discrete place with a small and unassuming door; the windows are also dark from the outside. It's the complete opposite inside. Bustling and very much alive. Impressively, the kitchen is run by Chef Atli Mar Yngvason with the assistance of just 3 cooks. And the meal was sensational! Each course was wildly different from one another (cuisine ranging from American to Japanese to Mexican) and consisted of dishes that are familiar. Food that we could eat all the time! It's become one of our new favorite restaurants in Oslo.
